Overwatch 2 - Rome Streets

Some of the areas that I had the pleasure of creating for Overwatch 2's Rome map. My contribution included taking the map from the initial level design blockout (created by Aaron Keller and Dave Adams), all the way to final, tweaking the gameplay, setting up the initial lighting, and creating the majority of geometry, architecture, and environment textures seen in these screenshots. It was a dream come true to work on this map!

Overwatch maps are a result of a lot of teamwork, and these screenshots feature the work of many people. It would be impossible to credit everyone, so I tagged my contributions. A huge thanks and extra credits to the rest of the Blizzard Team 4 environment team!

For the Colosseo, I made the initial blockout, and figured out how to make this huge structure with modular pieces. Geometry was finalized by the amazing Phil Wang.

I was responsible for figuring out how to make this semi-circular structure in a modular way. Phil Wang owned this area and did an amazing job finalizing the modular pieces.

Love the contrast between the Colosseo and the streets in this shot. The props created by the prop team really bring the area to life and give it flavor!
